Within reason. You add special instructions when you book, and the actor works from your scenario. We decline anything offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or that targets a real person or business by name — the scenes are fictional by design.
If you don't answer, we try once more within 15 minutes. If both attempts are missed, the booking is considered fulfilled — but contact us within 24 hours and we'll reschedule at no extra charge.
