Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we never store your full card number)
Scheduling preferences, special instructions, and problem selections
Communications you send to us via email or support channels

Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
Usage data (features used, problems selected, trigger modes, session duration)
Log data (IP address, browser type, referring pages, timestamps)

2. How We Use Your Information

To deliver the services you've purchased (scheduling calls, dispatching actors, sending notifications)
To process payments and send booking confirmations
To communicate with you about your bookings, account, and service updates
To improve our services, develop new features, and analyze usage patterns

3. Spoofed Caller ID Disclosure

Our premium live actor service uses spoofed caller IDs to display fictitious business names and phone numbers on your device. This is performed with your explicit consent and for entertainment purposes only. We do not use caller ID spoofing to deceive third parties, commit fraud, or cause harm. Our use complies with the Truth in Caller ID Act (47 U.S.C. § 227(e)), which permits spoofing that is not intended to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain anything of value.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Service providers: Stripe (payments), Twilio (telephony), cloud hosting providers, and email delivery services that help us operate
Live actors: Actors receive only your first name, selected problem, scheduled time, and any special instructions. They do not receive your phone number, email, address, or payment information
Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records are retained for 24 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; opt out of marketing communications; request a copy of your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent for data processing. 8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
