These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rich People Problems website, mobile application, and premium live actor services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Rich People Problems ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Rich People Problems is an entertainment service that provides:

Mobile Application (Tier 1): Automated fake notifications, calls, text messages, and emails simulating luxury lifestyle scenarios, delivered to your own device at times you select.
Premium Live Actor Service (Tier 2): Professional actors who call your phone portraying fictional characters in scripted luxury scenarios, with caller ID displaying fictitious business names.

All content delivered through our Services is fictional and created solely for entertainment purposes. No real financial transactions, legal proceedings, property reservations, or business relationships are represented or implied.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Entertainment Purpose & Disclaimer

All calls, notifications, messages, and emails delivered through Rich People Problems are entirely fictional and for entertainment purposes only.

You agree that you will not:

Use our Services to defraud, deceive, or cause harm to any person
Represent any content from our Services as real or factual to obtain money, credit, employment, insurance, or any other benefit
Use our Services to harass, intimidate, threaten, or stalk any person
Use our Services in connection with any illegal activity
Record calls with live actors without their prior consent

We reserve the right to terminate your account and refuse service if we believe our Services are being misused.

4. Caller ID Spoofing Compliance

Our premium service uses caller ID spoofing technology to display fictitious business names on your phone. This technology is used with your express consent and exclusively for entertainment delivered to your own device. Our use is compliant with the Truth in Caller ID Act (47 U.S.C. § 227(e)), which prohibits spoofing with intent to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain anything of value. You acknowledge that you have requested this service for personal entertainment and will not use it for any prohibited purpose.

5. Accounts & Subscriptions

App subscriptions: Available in Bronze ($4.99/mo), Gold ($9.99/mo), and Platinum ($19.99/mo) tiers. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your app store account settings.

Premium live actor bookings: Priced per call as displayed at the time of booking. Payment is processed at the time of booking via Stripe.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Live actor bookings: Full refund if cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled call time. No refund for cancellations within 12 hours, as actors have already been briefed and reserved.
App subscriptions: Managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store per their respective refund policies.
Missed calls: If you do not answer a scheduled live actor call, we will attempt to call once more within 15 minutes. If both attempts are missed, the booking is considered fulfilled. Contact us within 24 hours to reschedule at no additional charge.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, scripts, character names, business names, scenarios, designs, and code associated with Rich People Problems are the intellectual property of Rich People Problems. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. User Content & Special Instructions

When you provide special instructions for a live actor booking, you grant us a limited license to use those instructions to deliver the service. We may decline to fulfill instructions that are offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or that target a real person or business by name.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RICH PEOPLE PROBLEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

We are not liable for any consequences arising from you or others believing fictional content to be real, including but not limited to emotional distress, damaged relationships, employment consequences, or financial decisions made based on fictional scenarios.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rich People Problems, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
